William has been with TF Properties Ltd since April 2013. He started as the Manager in charge of James Topp Nelson Yankah Hall. Before then he worked with William Ofori & Co. as Valuer/Estate Officer and from 2006 to 2009. He was a Senior Valuer/Estate Manager with Property Solution Models from 2009 to September 2012. He also worked with Ghana COCOBOD as Works Supervisor from October 2012 to March 2013 before joining the company.
He holds a BSc Land Economy Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology and an Executive MBA (Finance) from the University of Ghana Business School. William is a Fellow of the of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (FGhIS) and a Professional Valuation Surveyor. He holds the coveted PMP certification and a Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) of USA as well as PMI-Ghana Chapter. William is a Lawyer and practices as a private legal practitioner.
