James Topp Nelson Yankah Hall

Modern student living on the University of Ghana, Legon campus — 960 beds, four connected blocks and one lively central courtyard. Owned and managed by TF Properties Ltd, a subsidiary of The Teachers’ Fund (GNAT).

Student Living, Redefined on Legon Campus

James Topp Nelson Yankah Hall is a privately owned hall of residence on the University of Ghana, Legon campus, developed and managed by TF Properties Ltd — a subsidiary of The Teachers’ Fund (GNAT).

Four blocks are knitted together by a tunnel to enclose a generous central court, so residents live as one community rather than in four separate buildings. Sited off the Atomic Junction–Haatso Road beside the University’s Botanical Garden, the Hall keeps lectures, the University Library, computer areas, the gym and campus shops within an easy walk — and a dedicated shuttle service runs students to and from campus.

With 24-hour water, a 640KVA standby generator, round-the-clock security and residential assistants on call, it is built for students who want to focus on their studies and still love where they live.
