Gloria Emma Ngoah is the HR & Administration Manager at Teachers Fund Properties Ltd., with over 15 years of experience in Human resource management, administration, and organisational leadership. She leads the Company’s HR and administrative functions, driving talent development, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
She previously held senior administrative and executive support roles within the Company, where she successfully led recruitment, improved operational systems, and strengthened administrative processes. Earlier in her career, she served as a Human Resource & Administrative Officer with the Teachers Fund of GNAT.
Gloria holds an MBA in International Trade & Relations and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, and is pursuing professional certification with the HR Certification Centre.
She also serves as a Reverend Minister, reflecting her passion for servant leadership, mentorship, and people development.
