Building Long-Term Value for Our Members
TF Properties Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Teachers’ Fund, the collective investment scheme of registered members of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT). Incorporated on 28 November 2006 under the Companies Act, 1963, the company was established to hold, develop and manage the Fund’s real estate investments.
Every development we undertake is measured against a single test: does it deliver competitive, sustainable returns for the teachers whose contributions fund it? That discipline shapes how we select sites, structure projects and manage the assets in our portfolio — from GNAT Heights and The Vista to James Topp Nelson Yankah Hall and our North Ridge office property.
We publish our audited accounts and corporate reports on this page so that members, the Fund’s trustees and prospective partners can see how the portfolio is performing. New documents are added as soon as they are approved.
How we protect members’ interests
